  2. You look so refreshed to have battled with chronic insomnia so long. I’m 37 and I’ve suffered with chronic insomnia every since I had my second son 15 years ago. To say the least I’ve tried every sleep med/ anxiety med known to man, I suffered severe withdrawal from lunesta I was taking for 5 years. Coincidentally I just started trying the cbd hemp oil from a local shop, unfortunately I’m still not getting any relief. Maybe I’ll try the brand you’re using.

  4. Took ambien once 5mg it did nothing. Usually I take 10mg melatonin. It worked b4. Last night I literally took robaxin, flexeril, and melatonin. I was scared but omg I'm up and feeling good. But I won't do that again. LOL

  6. wow im shocked that you have such a similar experience to mine. I got prescribed ambien at 17 years old. Also a 10 mg dose at an Urgent Care but only got a 2 week prescription and got a consult for psych. I started to sleep walk and have conversations with family members that I couldn't recall even having. Then, took trazodone low dose for about 4 years before I was able to wean myself off when I started Nursing school. Being happy and finding peace was the issue for me. I thank God that I've been able to be med free because I felt controlled and dependent. Theres 0 quality of life living like that. I hope you get some answers girl or find safer options! much love

  7. I have chronic insomnia as well. its like hell really. I as well was a nursing student now RN, its scary for me to go full nights with no sleep at all and work 12 hours come home exhausted and just lay in bed again with no sleep.

  8. I hadn’t slept good for years when I started trying CBD products. The pharmaceutical drugs weren’t working anymore so I thought I’d try the natural way. Big waste of money for the first year of trying various products, most do nothing. Then thanks to a friend I found one that works .. like a charm. I sleep like a baby compared to before.   9. I completely understand what you have been going through. I’ve been the same way with sleep. I just considered myself a night owl but lately it’s been worst. Like you I would just be in bed thinking and tossing back and forth so tired but wide awake. I take meds now but don’t want to be on it forever. I’m definitely going to be trying this one day.

  10. Hey Fatima, I was put on 10 mg on Ambien in college and it would knock me out. I had so much anxiety that I couldn’t sleep and the next morning I wouldn’t be able to function. So ambien was great. Now that I have graduated, I don’t have that level of anxiety anymore. However, I still have some days when I can’t sleep. Now I’m not on meds, I use this app called slumber and the voices reading stories are so boring they put me to sleep girl lmao. Sometimes I have to play around to find a good story but it always ends up working for me. Try slumber one night without anything else and see how it works for you. It’s free! Remember who put you on ? lol

  11. I really want to try this since I’ve been having trouble sleeping and staying asleep and for my occasional anxiety. I’m in nursing school, so since it’s not THC it won’t show on a drug screen right? Maybe a stupid question lol ?
